For your first boxing class, it's best to wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows for movement, such as a t-shirt and shorts or leggings. Proper footwear, like training shoes with good grip, is also essential. If you have boxing gloves and hand wraps, bring those, but we can provide equipment for your first session.
No prior boxing experience is required! Our classes at Element Martial Arts are designed to accommodate all skill levels, from complete beginners to more experienced fighters. Our instructors will guide you through the fundamentals, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident as you learn.
